Where is my journal stored?
Entirely on your device, in an encrypted database. Innous has no account and no server that holds your entries.
How do I turn off AI insights?
Open Settings in the app and toggle AI insights off. Entries written while it is off are never sent anywhere.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Manage or cancel Innous Premium from your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings — the same place all subscriptions are managed.
I lost my phone — can I recover my journal?
Because your journal is stored only on your device for privacy, it cannot be recovered if the device is lost. Keeping a device backup is recommended.
