Acceptance
By downloading or using Innous, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Using the app
Innous grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for personal journaling. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its services, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Your content
Everything you write in Innous belongs to you and stays on your device. Innous claims no ownership of your entries and does not access them. You are responsible for the content you create.
AI insights
When enabled, AI insights are generated by a third-party model and are provided for reflection only. They may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied on as professional, medical, legal or financial advice.
Subscriptions
Innous offers an optional premium subscription, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Availability and changes
Innous is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We may update, change or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Innous and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
